RETURNS POLICY
Returns
Please use the following scenarios accordingly:
Scenario 1 - Unopened, unused, in its original packaging
Return at any hadjimitsis shop within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.
The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value.
In the case of higher value product, you will have to pay the difference between the amounts..
Scenario 2 - Opened, unused, in its original packaging
Return at any Hadjimitsis shop within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.
The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with exchange.
The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value.
In the case of higher value product, you will have to pay the difference between the amounts.
Scenario 3 - Faulty or not fully functioning
Return at any Hadjimitsis shop, along with the receipt of purchase.
The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with exchange or repair.
The product can be exchanged with the same product or other product of equivalent value.
In the case of higher value product, you will have to pay the difference between the amounts.
If the product needs to be repaired we will inform you about the available options you have.
All products carry a 12 or 24 month warranty, according to the manufacturer.
If the product falls out of the manufacturer warranty, we will inform you of possible charges you might have.
We will NOT charge you for inspection fees in any case.
RETURNS
You can return your products, at any Hadjimitsis shop, Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:30, and Wednesday, from 09:00 to 15:00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
How to cancel an online order
If you have chosen to Pick-up from Hadjimitsis shop, you can cancel your order at any time up to1 working days, after the order confirmation date, by calling the shop you chose to pick-up your product. You can find all shops contact numbers, here.
If you have chosen the Home Delivery or the Pick-up from ACS office, you can cancel your order at any time before the product is handed to the delivery service.
After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order.
You can of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described above.
